HBOT delivers 100% pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, flooding your body’s tissues with up to three times the oxygen they normally receive.
Under pressure, oxygen reaches places it typically can’t.
This gives your cells the fuel they need to do what they were designed to do: repair damaged tissue, calm inflamed joints, heal incisions, and bring to life oxygen-starved cells that are stuck in a cycle of slow or incomplete repair.
Your 90-minute session is spent relaxing inside a comfortable Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, breathing pure oxygen while your body gets to work.
Our newest chamber also features built-in red light therapy to stimulate mitochondrial energy production and support glowing skin alongside your healing protocol.
The result is faster recovery, reduced inflammation, accelerated tissue regeneration, and a nervous system that finally gets the stillness it’s been asking for.
Used before surgery, HBOT supplies your tissues with the oxygen needed to give your body the strongest possible foundation going in.
Used after, it accelerates healing, reduces inflammation, and shortens your recovery time to come back stronger than you were told to expect.

The science behind hyperbaric oxygen therapy is remarkable.
Under normal circumstances, your body carries oxygen to your tissues attached to red blood cells. Under pressure, oxygen molecules shrink small enough to dissolve directly into the bloodstream, sneaking past the blockages created by injury, inflammation, and aging.
The cells on the other side of those blockages — the ones that have been starving for oxygen — finally get what they need to heal.
One of the most powerful effects of this treatment is the growth of new blood vessels into areas with poor blood supply.
Your body builds permanent new pathways for oxygen and nutrient delivery that continue working long after your sessions end.
HBOT also supports neuroplasticity by stimulating new brain cell growth, increasing cerebral blood flow, and enhancing the brain’s natural ability to repair itself.
With more oxygen dissolved in your bloodstream, the aging process can be reversed at the cellular level. The research proves it.

Wear loose-fitting cotton clothing to your session.
Avoid perfumes, lotions, and products with petroleum or alcohol before your appointment.
If you’re coming in for surgical recovery, Dr. Storm will advise on the ideal timing to begin HBOT relative to your procedure.
You’ll relax inside a comfortable pressurized chamber while breathing 98% pure oxygen.
Sessions run 90 minutes. Most patients read, rest, or simply decompress.
The pressure change is gentle, similar to descending in an airplane.
Most patients notice increased energy, mental clarity, and a general sense of restoration after sessions. These effects will continue to build over a full protocol.
We typically recommend a series of sessions for surgical recovery patients, with frequency and duration tailored to your body and surgery timeline.

"Went in for scar therapy after a C-section and it totally released the scar so my stomach could lay flat again. Also unexpectedly helped with pain and even the emotional trauma associated with the birth. Released it all with just a couple quick injections. I don't know why this scar therapy isn't more common or talked about."

C-Section Recovery
"After neck pain from a car accident, I tried everything — chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, graston. After just a few treatments with Dr. Storm, I couldn't believe the relief I felt. I was even able to make a 3-hour car trip without getting a migraine. I only wish I'd found her sooner."

"I went to see Dr. Storm for perimenopause issues, food sensitivity, gut health, and joint pain. She was truly amazing, an outstanding listener, willing to work with me on anything. I feel like myself again."

Our newest chamber features built-in red light therapy, combining the deep healing power of hyperbaric oxygen with light wavelengths shown to stimulate mitochondrial energy production, support skin health, and accelerate cellular repair. It depends on what you’re working on. Surgical recovery protocols typically involve multiple sessions per week over three to four weeks.
For chronic and systemic health concerns including long COVID, concussion or TBI recovery, chronic fatigue, mold toxicity, gut healing, and chemo or radiation support, 40 hours of HBOT is the recommended minimum for optimal results and shorter packages are not recommended for these conditions.
Longevity and optimization patients often incorporate HBOT on an ongoing basis. Dr. Storm will give you a clear recommendation at your consultation based on your specific needs.
Ideally, both before and after. Pre-surgical HBOT prepares your tissues for the stress of the procedure. Post-surgical HBOT accelerates healing once it’s complete. We’ll work with your surgical timeline to design a protocol that makes the most sense for your procedure and recovery.
Absolutely, and we almost always recommend it as part of a broader protocol. At most clinics, hyperbaric oxygen is a standalone treatment. At RISE, it’s part of a holistic full-body approach. We pair HBOT with regenerative injection therapy, hormone support, and aesthetic care to bring your body back to complete restoration.
Botox and filler work by freezing muscle movement or adding volume beneath the skin. XERF works by stimulating your skin’s own collagen and elastin production and restoring the structural tissue layers that have loosened over time. The result looks like you—just lifted, firmed, and restored.
Yes. At RISE, we often recommend it as part of a broader 4-part skin protocol. XERF pairs particularly well with PRP microneedling, PRX biostimulator treatments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and targeted vitamin and peptide support. We’ll help you design a plan that makes sense for your goals.
Hydration is key. XERF works by heating the water molecules in your skin, so arriving well-hydrated significantly improves both your comfort and your results. We recommend increasing your water intake to 100oz or more per day for the two days leading up to your appointment, with added electrolytes.
If you have tattoos between your shoulder blades, let us know in advance so we can adjust the grounding pad placement accordingly. Because we use ultrasound gel during the treatment, we recommend wearing your hair pulled back to avoid getting exposed to the gel.
